Introduction to SMART Recovery

This introductory course is suitable for anyone new to SMART Recovery who would like to know more about our organisation and the SMART Recovery Programme. It is also the first compulsory course for those working towards the SMART Recovery Facilitator Certificate.

Getting SMART

Suitable for anyone looking to change their unhelpful or harmful behaviours. This course introduces the SMART Recovery tools, methods and underlying theories and demonstrates how they can be applied to your own life experience. It is also the second compulsory course for those working towards the SMART Recovery Facilitator Certificate.

SMART Facilitator

This course builds on the Getting SMART course and focuses on the skills and knowledge needed to become the best Facilitator you can be. This is the final course that must be completed by those working towards the SMART Recovery Facilitator Certificate.
