Welcome to the SMART Recovery UK Community Blog!

This blog is a shared effort by members of the SMART Recovery Community; it is a space to reflect on what you have learned from SMART, offers tips on making the tools work in everyday life - or anything else that is relevent to helping others on their recovery journey with SMART.

Most of our on-line community is only visible to people who register with our on-line community; the Blog page is the exception and it is fully public and will be indexed by search engines. What you write here will 'live on' on the internet and you should be mindful that even if you delete your post, it might not fully disapear.

This is a 'moderated' blog, so one of our volunteers will read each entry after it is posted and check they are within the spirit of SMART and meet the community rules before pushing live.

If you do write a blog, please take a few moments to choose 'tags' relevent to the subject you are writing about, which will in future make it easier for people to find what they are interested in.

So thank you in advance to both our contributors and readers.

Take care and enjoy..
